Dry Martini

  • – 2 drops of vermouth
  • – 2 doses of gin frozen

Method of preparation:

Beat all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Serve in a short drink glass.

It harmonizes best with: fish and lighter foods.


  • – 50 ml of Vodka Smirnoff Ice Black
  • – 25 ml of Cointreau
  • – 50 ml lychee juice
  • – 10 ml of hibiscus syrup

Method of preparation:

Let the bowl cool with ice. Beat all ingredients in a shaker. Take the ice bowl, put a whole lychee in the cup bottom and make a double coerce with the drink. Serve.

Tiki Martini

  • – 20 ml of Tahiti lemon juice
  • – 5 ml of sugar syrup

Method of preparation:

In a cocktail shaker place the fruit with the lemon juice and syrup deaçúcar. Macerate to make the puree. Add the other ingredients and beat vigorously with ice cubes. Do coerce double in a martini glass previously cooled.

Garnish: a pineapples leaf and mint leaf

It harmonizes best with: canapes, toast and cheese.
