Well, not long ago I had the chance of trying one of the best Chicken Alfredo pastas I’ve ever eaten. It’s somebody else’s grandma’s recipe, but it’s going to be shared with you today!

Ingredients for the Pasta Recipe
1 pound fettuccini pasta;
1 ½ cups of butter, divided;
2 (16 ounce) containers whole milk ricotta cheese
1 pint heavy cream
1 spoon of salt (use a tea spoon)
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
What to do…
- Boil slightly salted water on a large pot; then add the pasta and cook it for 10 minutes or until you feel it’s good or al dente; now drain the water.
- Melt 2 spoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat; saute chicken until you see no pink and juices run clear.
- Combine ricotta cheese, cream, salt, parmesan cheese and the butter you’ve got left.; cook it all over medium heat until it is well combined, for not more than 10 minutes.
- Now stir in cooked fettuccini and chicken and cook it until heated though.
That’s it! You’ve got your Chicken Alfredo Pasta recipe done. Feel free to add whatever you want on top of it, as long as it goes well together! After all, it’s and old family recipe! In total you will spend approximately 20 minutes with preparations, and 15 minutes cooking. It’s probably ready in 35 minutes!
